About the Artwork: Being a mom of two children and a wife, life gets really busy and so many things and worries are going through your mind on repeat every day. It can get overwhelming and exhausting for anyone. It can be hard to express and compartmentalize all of these thoughts, plans and to do lists. That was the point of this painting, quieting my mind. Each color represents a different feeling or thought, I slowly work my way through my busy mind and find the calm in the therapy that this art provides me.
