David M. Kessler

David M. Kessler is a nationally recognized contemporary abstract painter, workshop painting instructor, author and juror dedicated to helping people become better painters, period. Through live workshops, books, videos and online training programs he helps painters, both amateur and professional alike, to loosen up their painting style, understand art design fundamentals and discover the joy and freedom of abstract painting. Painting that comes from the heart, not the head. He is the author of “Bigger, Faster, Fresher, Looser Abstract Painting Workbook,” and founder of Abstract Painting Academy, Abstract Painting Insider and Design Fundamentals for the Artist.

David’s bold, energetic and colorful works can be found in corporate and institutional collections in North Carolina and private collections worldwide. He works out of his studio in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
